1. About us

AJ's Collectibles ("we", "us", "our") operates from 1391 NW St. Lucie West Blvd, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34986. We sell pop-culture collectibles — including but not limited to Funko Pops, Hot Wheels, LEGO sets, comics, and trading cards — through our eBay storefront (ajscollectibles-772) and direct sales.

2. Use of this site

This website is provided for informational purposes. You agree to use it lawfully, not to attempt to disrupt its operation, and not to scrape, copy, or reproduce its content for commercial use without written permission.

All logos, images, product names, and brand marks shown on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive purposes only.

3. Authenticity guarantee

Every item we sell is authentic and inspected. We do not knowingly sell reproductions, bootlegs, or counterfeit goods. If a piece you bought from us is later found to be inauthentic, we will refund it in full or exchange it for an equivalent item at our discretion.

4. Condition and grading

Collectibles are graded honestly based on industry-standard criteria (Mint, Near Mint, Very Good, etc.). Detailed condition notes, photos, and any flaws are disclosed in the listing.

Collectibles are sold "as described" — not "as new" unless explicitly noted. Light shelf-wear, minor box dings, or age-related imperfections may be present and disclosed.

5. Orders and payment

All purchases are currently processed through our eBay storefront or arranged directly via phone / contact form.
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice.
Sales tax is collected where required by law.

6. Shipping

We ship nationwide within the United States. Standard packaging includes Pop protectors for Funkos, padded inserts, and double-boxing for fragile or high-value items. Tracking is provided on every order.

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Insurance is included on orders over $100.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in the condition received.
Buyer pays return shipping unless the item was misrepresented or arrived damaged.
Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Sealed graded items (CGC, AFA, etc.) may not be returned if the case has been opened.

8. Limitation of liability

AJ's Collectibles is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or purchase from us after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
